What I Ate:

– Salt Water Flush: 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt 32 oz Warm Water

-Lemonade: 8 Servings: 4 Lemons Juiced + 16 Tablespoons Raw Agave + 8/10 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Exercise:

Running – 60 minutes

Strength Exercises – 20 minutes
